Graham is a Director of Usability by Design, and brings a valuable business focus to our usability services.

Graham entered the systems analysis and design arena in 1989, having spent the previous 7 years in the financial sector, including his professional training with Grant Thornton.

His career has included work with utility organisations, pioneering the development of object oriented client - server systems for Eastern Electricity, as well as managing the procurement and installation of commodities trading systems and middleware platforms. Whilst based mainly in the United Kingdom, Graham has spent time working both in Europe and the United States.

Graham joined Usability by Design as Director in 1999. Since that time he has been instrumental in shaping the business and providing direction for the future development and expansion of Usability by Design, as well as close day to day involvement in the core business activities of the company.

Graham is a member of the Usability Professionals Association within the UK.

Recent projects he has worked on include Avis Europe, British Airways, the I&DeA, John Lewis Direct, Waitrose, Nedalo and Reed Business Information (for multiple sites).
