About Us - Where We Are - Our Usability Lab & Facilities
We have a full usability lab setting that allows you to see subjects
being tested, see exact replicas of their screen and their actions, and
hear every word that is spoken - without being in the room, 
and
without intrusive one-way mirrors. In other words you can see their reactions,
watch what they do and hear what they say, without interrupting or interfering
with the test at all.
Up to eight of your team may view usability tests at any one time, and as we use technology to display the test room (instead of one-way mirrors) you are free to work in a lighted environment, without concern for alerting the participant to your presence.
For
smaller viewing audiences numerous flat screens can be arranged around
the room to allow your team to view the action 'up close'. Alternatively
for larger audiences we can project the screen onto a wall, providing
a more cinematic experience.
All sessions are video recorded or recorded to DVD, depending on your requirements.
Our
facilities include a breakout kitchen area as well as meeting rooms which
can be booked on request.
Catering can be organised if required, and served either in the viewing room or in the kitchen area.
We can also provide wireless internet connectivity to your team, to allow them to stay in contact with the office during the test day.
