We can't always help for free, but we can offer the following:
- Free sample usability test - If you'd like to see your site tested during your first meeting with us then we can often organise this for free.
- Free health check - each month we select a number of applications to receive a free website usability and accessibility health check.
- Free example reports - contact us if you'd like a free example report for our services, we'd be happy to provide one if you're interested in commissioning us.
Free sample usability test
Usability testing involves putting people in front of software or a website, and asking them to perform common, everyday tasks. Using usability professionals to facilitate, monitor and analyse these tests allows you to see exactly what goes on out there, where the issues are with the design and how it can be improved. Usability testing can prove absolutely invaluable in improving sales and performance and has led to some huge benefits for many of our customers.
However we recognise that sometimes it can be difficult to see the benefit of testing until it actually takes place. For that reason, we are often able to organise for a sample usability test involving one user to take place during our initial meeting with your team. This allows you to see what we do, watch someone using your site and then for us to present the kind of results and benefits you will receive from us.
You are also able to take the video from this session with you, which can help other members of your team to see the benefits of usability testing prior to our engagement.

Free health check
We are currently offering a limited number each month of free usability/accessibility health checks that will let you see how well your web site or product is fairing, and what issues your users are going to encounter. This service is only available to UK and Australian sites.
The report will include:
- Usability rating for the product or site.
- Accessibility rating for the product or site.
- List of high, medium and low priority issues uncovered.
If you would like to be considered for a free health check, then please enter your details below and then click on the 'Send' button. Please note that you may enter as much or as little information as you wish, but that we may not be able to complete the health check without a valid email address and phone number. We regret that we can only provide health checks for the owning organization of a site, and that to validate this we require a work-related email address. We cannot accept web-based email addresses (such as name@hotmail.com). If you are selected, we will list your company name on our 'Free health check customers' page. A logo and a link to your site may be included at your discretion.
Please note that this service is currently only available to companies in the European Community and Australia.
