Sometimes traditional market research methods are recommended to identify certain information in the user audience. Services we offer include:

  • Focus Groups - for researching early opinions on existing or possible future products and for understanding non-interactive issues (such as pricing and competitive placement) focus groups are a very useful tool. They are also useful for researching overall usability feedback when more interactive methods are not available.
  • Surveys - we can assist you with surveys, both on and offline, from the early stage creation through to running, recording and analysing all findings.
  • User Interviews - and with user research - from interviews to interface walkthroughs.
